“Our planner Becki nailed it. I’m a project manager and always plan our vacation. But this time our family traveled to Italy for 10 days and I decided to have someone with the right knowledge to plan our trip.
We had VIP treatment, they knew where they were sending us from past experience, and were on top of any changes while we were away (including a cancelled return flight and the refund for seat downgrades).
